Styles and preference in therapy
Always, my first orientation is Self Acceptance and Understanding regardless of the presenting situation.
My work is very eclectic. I employ techniques from EMDR, Gestalt, Jungian, Focusing, Bioenergetics and other holistic therapies.
I practice a faith-based psychology which integrates the individual’s faith orientation into the therapy.
Most of my work is with women and adolescent girls, however, when trauma is involved, I work with men, women, and children.
